First Visit

From your very first visit to our office, you can expect to be treated like a member of our family. We understand that a visit to the dentist makes some people uneasy. Our goal is to make sure you and your family have the best possible experience every time you walk through the doors of our Randallstown dental office.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We take a proactive approach to preventative dental care – because a beautiful smile starts with healthy teeth and gums.

Your first visit will involve a very thorough and comprehensive new patient exam and consultation. The dentist will discuss your dental and medical history as well as your dental concerns and goals. If you need cosmetic or restorative dental treatment, we’ll design a treatment plan that fits your needs and budget.

Our dental examinations typically include:
Periodontal screening for gum disease
Oral cancer screening
Dental x-rays

NEW DENTAL PATIENT FAQS

What should I bring to my first dental appointment?

Please bring any information you may need to fill out our medical history forms, including any medications you may be currently taking. If you have dental insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card or information with you to your appointment.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we accept many of the major dental insurance plans. Our office participates with most PPO insurance plans. If we do not participate in your plan, we can still see you as an out-of-network provider and handle the insurance paperwork to help you maximize your benefits.

Do you see children?

Yes, we are a family dental practice in Randallstown. The American Dental Association recommends that children see a dentist by the time their first tooth erupts. Bringing children to the dentist at a young age helps them feel more comfortable and relaxed. We generally begin providing routine care for children every six months as early as age 3.
